City Council holds its regular meetings on the first and third Mondays of each month. (If the meeting falls on a Monday which is a holiday, the meeting is automatically cancelled). The meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. and are held at the City Municipal Building, 1 Benjamin Franklin Way. For directions to the Municipal Building, click here.
The City Council and the City’s Boards and Commissions are committed to conducting all official business of the City is meetings open to the public. Advance notice of all regular meetings can be found on this website and in the Middletown Journal. Advance notice of special or emergency meetings can be found on this website and will be posted at the Municipal Building, 1 Benjamin Franklin Way.
