Applications & Permits

All applications and plans are to be submitted in pdf format to acopenhaver@franklinohio.org, along with hard copies to City of Franklin, Building & Zoning Dept, 1 Benjamin Franklin Way, Franklin, Ohio 45005.

Permits & Approved Plans will be issued in pdf format to the applicant’s email address provided. 
Inspections for all permits issued after February 1, 2023, the owner’s representative must have the permit and approved plans on site by one of the following methods:
1.) A printed copy or,
2.) An electronic copy on a tablet
