All applications and plans are to be submitted as pdf attached files (file size limited to 25MB) to acopenhaver@franklinohio.org. If unable to do so, maximum size hard copy is 11x17. (File links will not be accepted).  Hard copies are no longer required unless requested. 

A Complete application is required, along with all required documentation.  Each application with required plans/documentation should be submitted as separate files.  Incomplete applications and plans could delay processing. 

Building Permits:  Submit application and plans for building, mechanical & electrical on same application.   

Permits & Approved Plans will be issued in pdf format to the applicant’s email address provided. 

The owner/owner’s representative must have the permit and approved plans on site by one of the following methods:
     1.) A printed copy or,
     2.) An electronic copy on a tablet
